Information management results

Polycon aims to develop user-friendly information management systems for demanding customers. The ease of use and comprehensive compatibility with other data systems are also on high priority. Our success lies in the ability to analyze, understand the customer needs and create a working solution. Tight co- operation with the users enables well-timed action and surefire information software.

We began with database consulting in 1987. It transpired quickly that main problems with the data systems were low usability and compatibility. Focusing on these issues we started to solving them with our customers and developing our own data systems.

Our strong dedication to development has given results. Our information management system KuntoApu for managing rehabilitation processes and assistive technology products is used by several Finnish hospital districts and has become a de facto standard. Currently it is in use in 17 of 20 Hospital districts and the amount is steadily increasing. KuntoApu tendering module was a platform for the development of our new software, Effector, in public Tendering. Our goal is to create equally good information software for all public tendering as KuntoApu has been on the health care sector.

Polycon develops information management systems for financial management and enterprise resource planning for the public sector and corporations. Our key customer groups are procurement, financial management and health care. Polycon provides information systems especially for procurement and tendering, resource planning, reporting and forecasting. Our strong points are ease of use, boost business planning, comprehensive reporting and compatibility. We secure the results with swift and friendly customer support. Our aim is to provide more efficient use of resources, improvement of operational quality, cost efficiency and cost savings.
